  • We utilize the utmost care in processing articles entrusted to us and use processes which, in our opinion, are best suited to the nature and condition of each individual article. Nonetheless, we cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses or defects in materials that are not readily apparent prior to processing. This applies particularly, but not exclusively, to articles made in part or in whole from suede, leather, silk, satin, double-faced fabrics, vinyl, polyurethane, etc. Responsibility also is disclaimed for trimmings, buckles, beads, buttons, belts, sequins.

  • In laundering we cannot guarantee against color loss and/or shrinkage or against damage to weak and tender fabrics.

  • Any difference in article count must be reported together with the receipt within 48 hours.  Unless a list accompanied the bundle, our count is final.

  • Our company’s liability with respect to any lost or damaged article shall not exceed 10 times our charge for processing it.

  • Federal Law: The Federal Trade Commission Rule 16 CFR 423 states the following:The Care Labeling Rule, which requires manufacturers and importers of textile wearing apparel and goods; provides regular instructions to purchasers through care labels or other methods; prohibits deceptive acts or practices that fail to disclose instructions to regular care; requires appropriate terminology and symbols that accurately describe care procedures.  Also note that “Spot Clean only” is not an acceptable care label.  Therefore we cannot assume any responsibility for any items without the proper care label.  We will clean items at customer’s own risk.•

  • Our Privacy Statement:  We respect our customers’ privacy and do not sell any identifiable information regarding our customers to any third party. Any information you give us is held with the utmost care and security, and will not be used in ways to which you have not consented

  • Right to Refuse: Plaza Cleaners & Tailors reserve the right to refuse our service to any customer.

  • Offers:  All offers, whether displayed on the website, advertisement, leaflet or any other means, subject to change at anytime

  • Pricing: Plaza Cleaners & Tailors reserves the right to change prices at any time without any notice

  • Massachusetts Law: Dry cleaners in Massachusetts must keep unclaimed garments for 90 days after the cleaning or repair services have been performed before they can dispose of the items. The dry cleaner is required to warn the customer before taking action. If the items still are not picked up, the dry cleaner can donate them to charity, sell them directly, auction them off or dispose of them in any other manner he chooses. We would be happy to arrange suitable storage if articles must be left for prolonged periods of time.
